How do I reset my password?+
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.
How do I get paid for marketplace sales?+
Connect your Stripe account in the Seller Dashboard. Once connected, you'll receive 85% of each sale. Standard payouts take 2 days, or enable instant payouts to a debit card.
My API isn't working. What should I check?+
First, verify your API key is correct. Check that your request includes the Authorization header. Review the API logs in your dashboard for error details. If issues persist, contact support.
How do I delete my account?+
Go to Settings in your portal and click "Delete Account" at the bottom. This will remove all your data and deployed APIs. This action cannot be undone.
Can I get a refund?+
Pro subscriptions can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if you haven't used marketplace features. Contact support with your request.
How do I report a bug or issue with an API?+
For platform bugs, email support@xodevelopment.com with details. For issues with a marketplace API, contact the seller through their profile or report it to us for review.
